Common questions

How do I add a family member?

In Family Settings, tap Add and enter a name and avatar. Children don’t need their own account — everyone lives under your single family account, and the parent area is protected by a PIN you set.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your family account and all of its data at any time, in Family Settings → Delete account. See our privacy policy for details.

Is there an Android version?

Not today — Product One builds for iOS first. We’ll announce here if that ever changes.
